How did this Jewish sect of Jesus’s followers, known as “The Way,” spread throughout the Roman Empire to the point that it became an official religion of the empire in less than 300 years?
The New Testament describes the spread of the Good News of Jesus Christ to the Greco-Roman world. A focal point of this story was the region of Asia Minor (modern Turkey). Close to 75% of the New Testament was written by, to, or about people living in Asia Minor.
What can we learn about these early Christians and how they navigated their world?
How can their experiences help us understand our Christian mission today?
